If you are unable to accept your parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office or Courier. If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to us, we can re-post your order however this will incur and additional postage cost.

We offer a 14 Day Return Policy. This means that any item/items bought from us can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that returned item/items must be unopened, unused and still in their original packaging and returned as new.

My Item Is Lost?
An order is not classified as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. This allows 15 days for the item(s) to be returned to us via Royal Mail. If your parcel does not arrive after this time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
